

Michael Bridges is currently Facility Manager for ABB Robotics in Auburn Hills, MI. He is a results-driven building services
management professional with over three years of achievement in facilities management and an additional 10 years of
experience in electrical systems and project/construction management. He is excellent at leading the installation, operations,
maintenance, and disposition of building systems, structures, and permanent interiors, including corrective, preventive, and
predictive maintenance, disaster recovery, and emergency preparedness.
Experience spans directing the acquisition, installation, and disposal of furniture/equipment, grounds maintenance, real estate
master planning, real estate asset management, environmental controls, financial administration, and technology
infrastructure. Certified Facility Manager with licensor as a Master Electrician, Electrical Contractor, and Real Estate Agent.
Jim Christopher has been involved in the construction and facility management field for nearly 30 years. Jim is a LEED® AP
and recently became an IFMA - CFM®. He is a licensed as Builder and Real Estate Broker in the State of Michigan and
formerly licensed as a Mechanical Contractor. Jim holds an MBA with concentrations in strategic planning, operations
research and business law. Jim is married, and in his spare time, enjoys working on sports cars. He is the President of RSR
Region of the Porsche Club of America; one of four Michigan-based affiliations with the club.
Jim is the President of Facility Maintenance and Construction of Michigan, LLC. FM+C is a niche or boutique contractor –
designed, as he says, "to answer the repeated requests voiced by facility professionals to engage a thoroughly professional,
competent contractor capable of performing projects of minor to moderate scope and dollar value." He is also a Senior
Member of the Groveland Group – a management consultant that focuses, primarily, on facilities management improvement.
He is an active member in the USGBC and IFMA; serving as a member of the educational committee of both regional
Chapters. Yearly, Jim lectures on the topics of sustainability in business and FM awareness at MSU and Oakland University.
From the looks of his background and energy, he will be a great contributor.

members.
